Parent and Family Coach
Helping you to create a happier, calmer home

A gentle approach to family wellbeing. I'm here to provide a listening ear, and to support you and your child to gain the tools you need to navigate big feelings and to move past the stress and back to calm.
I'm Laura and I'm a Parent and Family Coach, and also a mum of twins. I speak from experience when I say, parenting is an incredibly tough job, and it's a 24/7 role, with no breaks. It doesn't come with an instruction manual and sometimes it can be hard to know what the best thing to do is. It can feel very isolating, not to mention physically and mentally exhausting. And as you pass those early years, new challenges arise and it can feel relentless...
-
Managing big meltdowns
-
Setting boundaries
-
Navigating big feelings
-
Difficult transitions
-
Sibling rivalry
The list goes on! But if any of that feels familiar then please know that you don't have to juggle it alone.
I combine my personal experience of mum life, with over 15 years experience working in education and emotional wellbeing. I provide a safe, non judgmental space where we can unpick these challenges together. Whether it's through personalised coaching support for you, or emotional support or therapy for your child, I'll give you the practical tools needed to move past the stress and start enjoying family life again.
I offer a free initial call so we can talk about what's happening and how I can help. No pressure, just a listening year.
